Would you like to have information presented in a scholarly fashion from someone who has actually conducted university level research on bluebird boxes? You’ll get that with this book, plus a surprising serene attitude towards nest predation (don’t sweat it, learn from it, enjoy all of nature knowing that you are still helping). What this book offers that the other more scholarly books don’t is the chapter on photographing bluebirds. Its smaller format also means that although the color pictures are of the highest quality and clarity, you don’t get the 8.5 x 11 inch wow factor when paging through this book. The Wow! comes from the information instead.
